Weight lifting
Weight lifting training program burns significant amount of fat and build the muscles. More than that, it build bigger muscles so it is most effective way to achieve both goals. Increased lean muscle mass transform your body and makes more calories burned , while you are resting. Muscled body is a fat furnace.
Metabolism rate
Metabolism rate is low when there is not a lot of “consumers” in your body. For common functioning, body naturally burns calories. For that you need to intake certain amount of calories to reach your calorie maintenance level. Literally, if you will gain significant amount of muscle, the higher metabolism rate will be, and you will burn more calories and and burn fat fast, even when you sleep.
